I love that you hold a special place in your heart for all things Italian. Have you ever been to Italy? If so, what was your favorite part?

You have developed a very interesting website even though I am not into cooking at this time.
    Hope to see you soon.

I appreciate make-sense Nutrition. I have been bombarded by friends and patients about Whole30 and other such drastic “cut out half the food pyramid” programs. Your science based, pragmatic approach to food and these “run for the hills” programs is phenomenal. Thank you so much for helping me to provide a proper and healthy answer to the many questions….

Do you have an option to subscribe to your blog? I just came across your reply to a post about the Whole30 diet and appreciated your fact based response. I’m trying to eat healthier and there seems to be so much psuedo-science, fad diet info out there… would appreciate hearing more from someone with actual expertise in the area. 🙂
