  • Add Frozen Fruits
Add 1 frozen banana and 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks to the blender.
These provide natural sweetness and a thick, creamy texture.
  • Include Optional Ingredients
Toss in any extras you'd like - such as chia or flaxseeds, oats, vanilla extract, protein powder, or a few ice cubes for added chill and texture.
  • Blend Until Smooth
Blend everything on high speed for 30–60 seconds, or until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
Scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Taste and Adjust
    Taste your smoothie.
If desired, add a bit of maple syrup, honey, or agave for extra sweetness, then blend briefly again.
Serve immediately in chilled glasses and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

  • Use frozen fruit to achieve a thick, creamy texture without needing ice.
  • Freeze pre-portioned fruit in advance for quick smoothies anytime.
  • Always add liquid first for the smoothest blend and motor safety.
  • Spinach is mild-tasting and blends best when added before frozen items.
  • Taste before adding extra sweetener—banana and pineapple often provide enough.
