Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup  fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup  fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup  fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup  orange juice freshly squeezed or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup  plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt optional for creaminess
  • 1/2 cup  coconut water or almond milk adjust for desired consistency
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup optional, for added sweetness
  • Ice cubes optional, for a frostier texture

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
    If using fresh fruit, peel and chop the mango and pineapple into chunks. Hull the strawberries. Measure out all ingredients for easy blending.

  • Layer the Ingredients
    In the blender, layer the mango, pineapple, and strawberries. Add the orange juice, yogurt (if using), and coconut water or almond milk.

  • Blend
    Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add more coconut water or almond milk a tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.

  • Taste and Adjust
    Taste the smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, blend in the honey or agave syrup.

  • Serve
    Pour the smoothie into two glasses. Garnish with a slice of fresh fruit, a sprinkle of granola, or a small umbrella for a tropical touch.
