- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tbsp butter or oil for cooking, if needed

Cook the Bacon and Chicken:Cook bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease, then chop into small pieces. If the chicken is not already cooked, season chicken breasts with a pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook in the same skillet until fully cooked (about 5-6 minutes per side). Shred or dice the chicken. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, chopped bacon, shredded mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well combined. Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.Roll the tortilla tightly, like a wrap or burrito. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling. Cook the Roll-Ups:Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease it with butter or oil if necessary.Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and slightly crispy. If needed, place the cooked roll-ups in a warm oven (around 200°F) to keep them hot while you finish cooking the rest. Serve:Slice the roll-ups in halves or thirds for easy serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a side of ranch dressing for dipping.
