Ingredients
  

Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 8 slices bacon cooked crispy and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or cheddar, if preferred
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Roll-Ups:

  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito size
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil for cooking, if needed

Garnish (Optional):

  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Additional ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Bacon and Chicken:
    Cook bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease, then chop into small pieces.I
    f the chicken is not already cooked, season chicken breasts with a pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook in the same skillet until fully cooked (about 5-6 minutes per side). Shred or dice the chicken.

  • Prepare the Filling:
    In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, chopped bacon, shredded mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

  • Assemble the Roll-Ups:
    Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
    Roll the tortilla tightly, like a wrap or burrito. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

  • Cook the Roll-Ups:
    Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease it with butter or oil if necessary.
    Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and slightly crispy.I
